Family Lessons

Learn to throw on the wheel with your teenager – no phones allowed (!) or build side by side with your children. This lesson is designed for up to 3 people on the wheel, or for 5 people handbuilding, the lesson plan will be tailored to your desires and needs. Learn to make a mug, bowl, a pinch pot monster or animal. In just a few weeks, you’ll come back to pick up fully functional, one-of-a-kind artworks.

AGE
Handbuilding Lessons are offered for ages 5 and up. If you have a little one younger than 5, please reach out.

Wheel Lessons are offered for ages 12 and up.

What’s included in your class:

• Personalized instruction for 1.5hours

• Clay

• Glazes

• Firing

• Each participant gets to keep one piece to be finished/fired by Ovington Pottery within the month
