Image Release

By signing this form, I grant Ovington Pottery (hereinafter “the Studio”) permission to photograph, film, record, and reproduce images and/or video me and/or their ceramic artwork created at or in connection with the Studio.

• Use of Likeness & Work:
  My image, voice, artwork, and statements may appear in promotional content.

• Creative Integrity & Context:
  Ovington Pottery may edit images and videos, while maintaining the original spirit and respectful context of my contribution.

• Distribution Rights:
  I authorize Ovington Pottery to use the materials in all media formats now known or developed in the future, including websites, social media, grant proposals, educational purposes, promotional materials, studio newsletters and email communications.

• Credit:
  I will be credited by name wherever appropriate in the final content.

• Ownership of Materials:
  All footage and recordings created during classes are owned by Ovington Pottery. This does not affect the ownership of any artwork shown in the photos and videos.

• Compensation:
  I understand I will not receive financial compensation for participation and waive any rights to royalties or future payments from the use of this material.

• Perpetuity & Irrevocability:
  This release is granted in perpetuity and cannot be revoked.

• Liability Release:
  I release Ovington Pottery and their representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of these materials as described.
